BathroomGuru Review Contest Rules and Contest Winner Postings 

BathroomGuru Review will from hence be referred to as BGR

Everyone over the age of eighteen years old that subscribes to the BathroomGuru Review mailing list is eligible to play and possibly win one of the BGR monthly prizes.

One winner will be drawn from the pool of names on the BGR mailing list and one prize will be given away to one winner each month. The winners name will be drawn on the last day of each month. The winners name will be posted at the end of this rule sheet and a post will be made at the end of each month declaring the winner. The winners name must be on the BGR mailing list and if they unsubscribe before receiving a prize they automatically forfeit the prize. The winners name will be put back into the mailing list pool and an individual can win more than once if their name is drawn again from the mailing list pool.

The winner will be contacted by BGR through the winners email address he/she has given BGR. The winner will be contacted the proceeding day (that being the first of the month) and has up to seven days to contact BGR with their mailing address so that the prize may be delivered. If the winner does not contact BGR by midnight of the seventh day of the month, then the prize will be rescinded and put back in the draw for the next month. BGR is not responsible for full mail boxes, incorrect email addresses or spam filters that block messages from BGR. It is the responsibility of the winner to check back on a regular basis if he/she is unsure if the BGR email will be blocked by their service.

Shipping and handling will be paid by BGR only to Canada and the USA (does not include Hawaii). Outside of Canada and the USA shipping and handling will have to be paid via Pay Pal to BGR before the prize will be sent to the winner.

By subscribing to the BGR mailing list you agree to allow BGR to send you information on bathroom renovation, design, remodeling, trends and sponsor offers on a regular basis as deemed by BGR.

BGR is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages sent out to the winner.

BGR reserves the right to change the contest rules and eligibility of participant if it deems necessary.
