Have you heard the news? There will be job losses this year as the house building slump sends shockwaves through the economy. With the slowing down of the economy, house building jobs will be lost due to the fall in demand for new homes and the cost to build a new home will increase dramatically. The banks, house builders and property bankers have never had it so good with mortgage rates and lending rates outstripping the salaries of the common man.
