However, there&#039;s one difference and it makes for a huge improvement. instead of mopping it up, use a wet vac, once you&#039;ve scrubbed the floor, to suck up the dirty solution. You just finished scrubbing the grout joints to get the dirt out of the pores of the grout. Guess what happens when you mop it up? It pushes the dirt right back INTO the pores. So if you use a wet vac, you won&#039;t have that problem, and it&#039;ll come out alot cleaner. You also want to rinse with clear water and a brush, as well, and again, sucking it up with a wet vac. This shouldn&#039;t be needed for every cleaning-- only once it begins to look dirty.
